Two (2) bodysherds, weighing 2.7 grams, from of a handmade ceramic vessel. Both sherds have a fabric similar to that described as SAND3 in Ratkai 2000, p85. It consists of a coarse sandy glazed jug type fabric with a white slip present under the glaze. This is similar to the Worcester style jugs, so is likely to be of similar dating, 12th to 13th Centuries (1100 to 1200 AD). The bodysherds have been photographed as a group. It is 15.59mm long and 17.95mm wide. Together they weigh 4.2g. The sherd consists of a bodysherd, in an orange oxidised fabric similar to that published as COTS (Cotswold Oolitic) in McSloy 2007 pp30.
