An incomplete wrought iron flat leaf shaped blade, of uncertain dating but probably Post Medieval to Modern (AD 1700 to AD 1900). The artefact has a flat leaf shaped blade, with integral square sectioned tang. A ridge is present on side of the blade, near to the junction with the tang. No central ridge is present on either side of the blade. The top exhibits a rounded, blunt point, not a sharp one. The tang is incomplete with an old, pre-depositional break at the bottom.
