The weight is sub oval in plan, and sub rectangular in profile / cross section. A hole has been created at the top of the weight, probably for suspension purposes.
It is a light to mid grey colour, with an even surface patina. Abrasion, probably caused by movement in the plough soil, has resulted in the loss of a significant proportion of the original surface.

A complete but misshapen gold finger ring, with domed oval red glass / paste inset intaglio. The intaglio was possibly engraved but due to damage caused by movement in the plough soil, any engraving is hard to determine.
The finger ring has been decorated by a series of double circles, with annulets in the centre, joined together by a raised bar.
The finger ring has an external diameter of 22.95mm, and an internal diameter of 17.53mm. The back of the hoop is 2.64mm wide and 0.83mm thick. The bezel is 13.93mm wide and 18.57mm long. The finger ring weighs 12.0 grams.

The buckle frame consists of a double looped oval buckle frame, with bevelled edges to the frame. Moulded knops are present at either end of the strap bar. The edges of the buckle frame are raised higher than the central bar.

An incomplete cast copper alloy handle from a skillet or posnet, of Early Post Medieval dating (16th to 17th Centuries AD).
The handle is sub rectangular in plan, and D shaped in cross section. The top of the handle has been decorated with a repeating cross style design. The design consists of a cross made up from four open triangles, with the apex (point) pointing inwards (also known as a cross pattee). An incomplete cast copper alloy Headstud style brooch, of Roman dating (75 - 200 AD).
Approximately 50% of the brooch is present consisting of the bow, foot and part of the hinge. The headloop, pin, wings and majority of the catch plate are missing.
In plan, the brooch is almost T-shaped, and rectangular in cross section. The bow head is angular (comma shaped) in profile. The headloop at the top of the brooch is missing.
