A complete cast copper alloy saddle pommel, of Post Medieval dating (16th to 17th Centuries AD). The pommel is sub-oval in plan, and circular in section. The front has been decorated with incised lines, three running from top to bottom, and three diagonally either side. Four holes are present in the front, arranged in a square orientation. A border of semi circles is present along the front lower edge. The back surface is plain and undecorated. The saddle pommel is hollow.
