A complete cast copper alloy double looped oval buckle or sword belt hanger of early Post Medieval date, circa AD1500-1630. The buckle consists of a double looped oval frame with a circular, lateral suspension loop. The reverse has a bevelled internal reverse. The belt hanger is mid to dark green with an uneven patina. The surface is slightly abraded. Length: 45.16mm. Width: 39.00mm. Thickness: 9.90mm. Weight: 8.7g.

A complete cast copper alloy domed belt mount of Post Medieval date, circa AD1500-1700. The mount is circular in plan and concave on the reverse. It has a raised central circular area with a flat circular border. The reverse has two inward facing rectangular sectioned attachment spikes which gradually taper to a point. One spike is incomplete. An incomplete cast copper alloy buckle of Post Medieval date, circa AD1550-1650. Approximately 50% of the buckle survives, the pin is present but there is no plate. A double looped oval buckle with a moulded floral decoration on the loop and at either end of the strap bar. Decoration is in the form of acorns. Pin formed from sub-triangular strip of sheet copper alloy wrapped around the bar. The buckle has a dark green colour with an abraded patina. Length: 40.84mm. Width: 54.59mm. Thickness: 4.55mm. Weight: 9.0g.

The central block is flat with a sub rectangular hole through which the tang would have projected. To one side is a frilled, or scallop shaped, sub rectangular guard. There are four transverse decorative grooves on one side. The reverse is plain. The quillon ends are sub circular in plan and curve away at right angles to the block. The ear scoop is sub rectangular in plan, with a circular section in the centre of the shank. One end of the ear scoop is incomplete and consists of a forked end. The other end has an oval shaped concave end.
The ear scoop measures 74.55 mm in length, 4.85 mm wide and 5.10 mm thick. It weighs 3.4 g.
