An incomplete flint probable arrowhead of Neolithic-Bronze Age dating (AD 3450-1200 BC). The artefact broadly resembles a Leaf-shaped arrowhead. It is lentoid in plan and bi-convex in section. Both the dorsal and ventral surfaces have covering scaled flaking and all edges, with the exception of the proximal, have fine low angled retouch. The proximal edge has been abruptly blunted, forming a notched aspect at its base. The lithic retains no cortex and is therefore a tertiary flake.The flint is grey in colour. An incomplete copper alloy arrowhead, of uncertain dating but probably Roman to Medieval onwards (AD 43 to AD 1650). The arrowhead is triangular in shape, with a lentoid cross sections. A solid circular sectioned tang extends through the middle of the arrowhead, with triangular blades to either side. The tang is incomplete. It measures 23.3 mm in length, 14.9 mm wide and 4.1 mm thick. It weighs 2.4 g. The arrowhead is a dark green colour, with an even surface patina. A complete cast copper alloy, possible arrowhead, of probable Medieval dating (AD 1300 to AD 1500). The top of the arrowhead consists of a circular sectioned conical point. The top has been blunted. A circular collar is present between the top and the tang. The tang is square sectioned and tapers to an incomplete point. The arrowhead measures 42.45 mm in length, 7.20 mm wide and 3.85 mm thick. An incomplete wrought iron tanged arrowhead of Medieval dating (12th to 13th Centuries AD). The arrowhead has a triangular blade, with a lentoid cross section. The tang is circular sectioned and incomplete. The arrowhead is a mid brown colour, with an uneven surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement whilst within the plough soil, has resulted in a loss of surface detail. There is minimal surface corrosion product (rust) present.
