The weight is sub-cylindrical, with a central swelling. A single cast square shaped hole is set off centre with an internal of diameter 6.7 mm.
It measures 30.3 mm in length and has a diameter of 22.3 mm. It weighs 70.7 g (2.49 oz).
It is a dark grey colour, with an even patina across the surface. It has suffered a minor degree of abrasion, with plough roll scars being present on the surface.

A complete square piece of sheet copper alloy, of uncertain dating, but probably Medieval (AD 1200 to AD 1500).
The artefact consists of a thin square sheet of copper alloy with two circular perforations, located in opposite corners. These perforations have an internal diameter of 1.4 mm. Bevelling of the edges of the holes on one side of the copper alloy indicate that they were made by drilling through from one side. No decoration appears to be present on either side of the sheet of copper alloy. The edges appear to be complete and not broken.

The weight consists of two sub circular ends, with a recessed centre. It broadly resembles a dumb-bell or yo yo shape. The recess between the two ends measures 6.5 mm wide and 5.9 mm deep.

Around 50% of the vat or tank is present. None of the sides are complete. The base is incomplete with several holes and repair marks. The base now has a ripple effect, due to being found on a cobbled stream bed. No decoration appears to be present on either side. The rim was folded but now not attached to the main body of the tank.

A complete sheet copper alloy object of uncertain function and dating.
The object has been made from a piece of sub rectangular sheet copper alloy metal. One of the long edges has been folded over, possibly to enclose leather or a strap. The space between is 2.8 mm wide. The other long edge has nine circular holes, irregularly spaced, spread along the its length. The holes have an internal diameter of 1.6 mm. No decoration is present on either side.
It measures 50.6 mm in length, 19.4 mm wide and 5.5 mm thick. The sheet copper alloy is 1.5 mm thick. It weighs 9.0 g.

An incomplete copper alloy circular pin head, of possible Roman to Medieval dating (AD 43 to AD 1600).
The shaft of the pin is circular in cross ection, with a globular head. No collar is present underneath the head.
The pin head has a diameter of 14.5 mm and it measures 15.6 mm in length. It weighs 9.7 g.
The pin head is a mid to dark green colour, with an even surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement whilst within the plough soil, has resulted in a loss of some of the original surface detail.
