A complete copper alloy hook of probable Post Medieval dating (AD 1600 to AD 1800). The hook has a flat cross section. It has a circular suspension loop at the top, which extends into the hook. The hook curves back on itself at 180 degree angle. It terminates with a sharp point. It measures 29.1 mm in length, 14.5 mm wide and 3.8 mm thick. It weighs 4.3 g. The hook is a mid brown colour, with an even surface patina.

A complete copper alloy hook, probably of Post medieval dating (AD 1700 to AD 1800). The hook has a square sectioned body. The top of the hook has been flattened to create a circular head. A circular perforation is present in the centre, with an internal diameter of 3.1 mm. A small copper alloy loop is attached to the hook by this hole. A complete copper alloy hook and loop fastener of Post Medieval to Modern dating (AD 1800 to AD 1900). The hook is S shaped, with one open loop and one closed. Traces of stamped lettering are inside, probably reading [PATENT]. The hook measures 20.6 mm in length, 11.1 mm wide and 11.1 mm thick. It weighs 6.5 g. The hook is a mid to light green colour, with an uneven surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement whilst within the ploughsoil, has resulted in a loss of some of the original surface detail. A similar find has been recorded on the PAS database as NLM-2D29E5.

An incomplete cast copper alloy hook, of probable Medieval to Post Medieval dating (AD 1300 to AD 1700). It is irregular in plan and section. The top part consists of a blunt hook. The base of the hook is secured in a conical cap, with rounded top. At the base of the conical cap is a circular section projection, now incomplete. It measures 21.23 mm in length, 7.68 mm wide and 6.28 mm thick. It weighs 1.5 g. The hook is a dark green colour, with an even surface patina.
