A double-sided, square coin weight with bevelled sides. The coin weight is a British unite of James I. The obverse is very worn and a faint outline depicts a half-length figure of the king facing right, holding an orb and a sceptre. The legend around the king reads I.R.BRIT. The reverse of the coin weight has a crown above the value of the weight and a stamped crowned I. This weight is for 22 shillings. XXII.

The coin weight was issued in Antwerp as represented by the hand on the reverse.
Obverse: Standing figure (probably a saint or maid) with a possible spear or crozier (crook) in left hand. There is a circular border of pellets surrounding the figure.

This Antwerp coin weight is double-sided and square in plan, sub-rectangular in cross section. The design on one side has a crowned rose with E to the left and C to the right, all within a beaded circle. The other side has an upright hand. Letters/numerals on the reverse are illegible. The sides are straight (not bevelled or filed).
