An incomplete cast copper alloy probable bucket mount, in the form of a sitting bird, of probable Roman dating (AD 43 to AD 410).
The mount consists of a moulded copper alloy sitting bird on top of a circular hoop. The hoop is incomplete and comprise two incomplete rectangular sections stubs of metal projecting from the underside of the bird. The bird is three dimensional.
