It is sub rectangular in shape, with an incomplet horizontal linear upper edge and a narrowed neck, and circular body. This horizontal edge of the ampulla appears to be pushed together. Decoration is faintly present on both sides. The obverse is undistinct but has a cross hatched background, and the reverse depicts a large leaf design inside cross hatching.
