A rimsherd of a wheel thrown ceramic vessel, of Late Iron Age to Roman dating (100 BC to 1st Centuries AD). The sherd consists of a rimsherd, in a fabric is similar to that of local (unsourced) frequent fossil shell type, consistent with Late Iron Age to Roman dating. The rim type is that of a squared everted type, probably consistent with a bowl or storage jar. Not enough of the rim is present to allow an accurate determination of original rim diameter.
