Five sherds (1 rimsherds, and 4 body sherds) of several different wheel thrown Medieval pottery types.
Two main types are present: Cotswold oolitic limestone cooking pot types (12th to 14th Centuries) and Worcestershire glazed jug types (13th to 15th Centuries).
The vessel types that are probably represented here included glazed jugs. Unglazed cooking pot types are present as well. This is representative of a typical Medieval ceramic assemblage.
The fragments vary in thickness from 6.22mm to 11.4mm. In total they weigh 24.6 grams.

Two fragments of fired clay oven plates or lids.
The fragmenst present were part of a larger sub-circular thick fired clay disc or discs, commonly found in Middle to Late Iron Age (500 BC to 100 AD) sites. The fabric consists of an oxidised grog tempered fabric, with frequent fossil shell inclusions. It is not certain wether these are from the same discs or seperate ones.
