An incomplete cast copper alloy scabbard chape of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval Dating (Late 15th to 16th Centuries AD). The chape is broadly an irregular U shape in plan and irregular in cross section. The front consists of a semi oval shape, with a central longtitudinal rib. The back retains traces of a cast ridge, following the external edge, probably for attachment of a back piece. It is a mid green colour, with an uneven surface patina. An incomplete cast copper alloy pin from an annular buckle, of late Medieval to Post Medieval dating (1350 to 1720 AD). The pin is sub rectangular in plan, and rectangular in cross section. The shank of the pin tapers to a blunt end. The head of the pin consisted of a cast circular loop, approximately 25% of the loop is now present, having being broken in antiquity. On the back of the pin, directly below the loop, is a semi circular depression. A small tranverse ridge, extending partially down the length of the pin is present.
