No decoration is visible on the front of the mount. The remains of two attachment spikes are located on opposite sides of the reverse.  It measures 15.1 mm in length, 12.2 mm wide and 4.6 mm thick. It weighs 1.2 g. The mount is a mid green to brown colour, with an even surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement while within the plough soil, has resulted in a loss of some of the original surface detail.

An incomplete copper alloy double looped trapezoidal buckle of Post Medieval dating (AD 1620 -AD 1680). The buckle frame is present, the strap plate and pin are missing. The outer loops is sub rectangular in shape. Both outer loops has a trefoil shaped end and a lobed protrusion at either end of the narrowed strap bar. The buckle measures 35.4 mm in length, 19.9 mm wide and is 3.2 mm thick. It weighs 7.5 g. The buckle is brown in colour, with an uneven surface patina. An incomplete copper alloy trapezoidal buckle frame, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1660 to AD 1720). Only the buckle frame is present, the pin, chape and axis bar are missing. The buckle frame is trapezoidal in plan, with a drilled frame, for a separate spindle. The frame exhibits moulded decoration. Scrolled knops are present on either side of the spindle holes and a moulded pin rest is present on both of the outer loops. The pin rest moulding consists of a V shaped notch.
