A complete knapped / worked flint scraper, of Late Neolithic dating (2900 BC to 2000 BC). The scraper is broadly semi circular and rectangular in cross section being formed from a tertiary flake; possibly debitage. The upper / dorsal face of the scraper exhibits a series of irregular flake scars suggesting that this piece has been removed from a larger flake and been subsequently reused. An incomplete copper alloy annular brooch, of Medieval dating (13th to 14th Centuries AD). Around 90% of the brooch is present, with the pin being incomplete. The frame is circular, with moulded decoration giving it the appearance of a single strand of twisted wire. A constriction is present for pin, as the frame is recessed and narrowed. The pin is formed from a piece of sheet copper alloy, wrapped around the narrowed frame. The pin starts wide and gradually tapers to an incomplete point. It has a diameter of 18.7 mm. An incomplete cast copper alloy (bronze) socketed axe of Late Bronze Age dating (950 to 700 BC). The axe is sub-rectangular in shape with a flared convex cutting edge and the socket is sub square in cross section. The socket of the axe is sub square, with an irregular mouth. The socket is 44.8 mm deep. The top edge of the socket shows little evidence of casting jets that have been trimmed flush with the socket mouth.
