A complete lead alloy weight of uncertain dating, possibly Roman to Post medieval (AD 43 to AD 1650). The weight is sub oval in shape with a flattened triangular cross section. An irregular suspension hole has been placed roughly centrally at the top of the weight. This hole has internal dimensions of 1.5 mm by 3.6 mm. The base is rounded. An incomplete lead or lead alloy flat spindle whorl, of Roman to Post Medieval dating (AD 43 - AD 1650). The spindle whorl is sub circular in shape, and rectangular in cross section. The central hole is sub circular in shape and has been cast slightly off central. The internal diameter of the hole measures 6.1 mm wide. Both upper and lower faces bear no trace of decoration. An incomplete lead or lead alloy, possible vat or tank, of uncertain dating but possibly Early Medieval (AD 750 to AD 1000). Around 50% of the vat or tank is present. None of the sides are complete. The base is incomplete with several holes and repair marks. The base now has a ripple effect, due to being found on a cobbled stream bed. No decoration appears to be present on either side. A single circular shaped hole is set off centre with an internal of diameter 9.7 mm. It measures 29.9 mm in length and has a diameter of 27.2 mm. It weighs 107.5 g (3.79 oz). It is a dark grey colour, with an uneven patina across the surface. Abrasion, caused by movement whilst within the plough soil, has resulted in a loss of some of the original surface.
