A complete copper alloy domed / beehive thimble of Late Medieval dating (c. AD 1400 to c. AD 1550)
The thimble is of the beehive or domed shape, and is sub circular in shape. A series of circular holes or indentations have been punched around the sides in horizontal and vertical lines, in a right hand spiral pattern. The indentations are in an irregular pattern on the domed top. One horizontal groove is present as decoration just above the base of the thimble.

A complete copper alloy symmetrical double loop oval buckle frame and pin, of late Medieval to Post Medieval dating (c.1400 to 1600 AD).
The buckle consists of a double looped oval buckle frame. V shaped knops are present either end of the central bar. Elaborate V shaped pin rests are present on both external loops. The edges on the under side of the frame are bevelled. The back of the frame is plain and undecorated. The pin is missing.

The fragment is broadly trapezoidal in profile and section. The upper edge has a broken terminal where the leg would have once attached to the pot. The strap end consists of two pieces of sub rectangular sheet metal secured together. The lower corners have been angled to create a point in the centre.

The strap end is a mid to dark green colour, with an even surface patina.
A similar strap end has been published as no 587 in Egan & Pritchard, 2002, p127, and has been dated to London ceramic phase 12, c. 1400 to 1450.

An incomplete copper alloy foot / leg from a copper alloy cooking vessel of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1400 - AD 1700).
The vessel fragment is sub rectangular in shape and sub rectangular in cross section. It consists of a straight body, with an external central rib. The internal surface is smooth. At the top of the leg, an irregular surface is present, this would have adjoined to the base of the cauldron. The base of the foot is slightly abraded.
It measures 71.8 mm in length, 29.6 mm wide and 14.7 mm thick. It weighs 110.6 grams.
