Description: An incomplete, silver penannular brooch of Early Medieval date that is divided into four fragments and is decorated with gold filigree inlay. Two of the fragments comprise part of the silver frame of the object. The first fragment is an incomplete, semi-circular fragment with two damaged terminals. It has a roughly sub-oval cross section with a flat, undecorated reverse. The upper face has three broadly sub-rectangular cells. These held decorative gold plates with gold filigree decoration. An incomplete copper alloy linked pin set, of Middle Anglo-Saxon dating (8th Century AD). Only the central circular pin head survives out of the set of three. It has been decorated with a quartered design. In the centre of each quarter is a spiral of three feathered tendrils. The tendrils curl outwards, two connect with the neighbouring quarters, the third into the outer border. In the corners are triangles. A complete cast silver mount dating to the early medieval period. It is tongue-shaped, with a flat top, curved base and straight sides. The front is decorated in the Winchester Style with a pair of creatures (possibly birds or wyverns) at both top and bottom, their heads turned over their backs with a long tail that curls into the centre, where it meets a feline mask. The back is concave with a rectangular lug at the top. Two rivets are present at the base, one iron and the other silver. The top edge appears to be complete.

An incomplete copper-alloy bit link from a late early-medieval bridle bit dating c. AD 1000 to AD 1100. The bit link has broken through the plain oval loop, as is often the case, with around half of the loop now missing. The complete end has a lozenge shaped terminal, with a central oval shaped perforation (12.7 mm by 9.2 mm). The terminal has knops on three outer points. A sub-rectangular arm extends towards the oval loop, before which, and abutting it is a boss with ridge beyond. Fragment from the foot of a copper alloy cruciform brooch. The lower section of the object is in the form of an animal's head with half-round nostrils at its distal end above which are two lateral projections representing the brow. A small projection between the nostrils may represent the remains of a loop for a spangle. The upper part of the foot has faceted sides and some, incised, transverse mouldings.
