The body of the hooked tag consists of a rectangular plate with seven knops projecting from it; one knop in each of the four corners and one knop at the midway point on both of the long sides and top edge. The lower edge bears an ovoid projection from which extends a trefoil knop. The front is decorated with a raised rectangular panel with a recessed sexfoil pattern in the centre. An incomplete, copper alloy zoomorphic brooch , dating to the Roman period (100-200 AD). The brooch takes the form of a swimming duck, with an elongated hoizontal body and long neck rising at a right angle from the body. The head is lost to an old break at the top of the neck and the lug and catchplate only remain as worn fragments. Corrosion close to the lug at the 'tail' end of the brooch, suggests that the pin was originally made of iron. A copper alloy, probable Langton Down brooch dating from the late Iron Age to early Roman periods (AD 25-60). The fragment survives as the wings and part of the bow; the pin, foot and catchplate are all missing. At the top of the brooch, there are semi-circular wings which form the head and are undecorated. The bow extends from the head at c. 90 degrees and the front bears six incised lateral, parallel lines forming ridges between. Hattatt (1989) illustrates a similar example, p306 no 769, which he dates between AD 25-60.

Fragment of a dress-pin of bodkin type. The fragment comprises of the head and top of the upper shaft, whilst the lower shaft and pointed tip is lost due to old breaks. The head bears a rounded terminal, forming an ear-scoop, from which extends a pointed oval section with open centre or 'eye'. Below the eye is a lateral rectangular tab formed of two raised ridges. Below this is a rounded body section bearing an incised flower design. An incomplete,copper alloy buckle dating to the Post Medieval period (1550-1650 AD). The buckle is double looped with an ovoid loop either side of the central strap bar. One loop ssurvives complete whilst the other is lost, with only a small part of the loop surviving and broken close to the strap bar. The centre of the loop expands to a rounded point and there are lobed knops on each end of the strap bar. The pin survives in situ, also copper alloy. The pin is rectangular in section. A complete lead standing weight, dating to the Medieval period (1200-1500 AD). The weight is conical in shape with circular, flat base and tapering sides to a rounded upper end. At the upper end projects an iron loop, circular in cross section. The gap between lead body and iron loop appears to be filled with corrosion products. The weight measures 41.9mm in height, 27.8mm in diameter at the base, 135.4g in weight. It has a triangular section with a prominent ridge running laterally and centrally on the dorsal face. A copper-alloy object which is probably a medieval harness pendant. The apex loop is set at 90 degrees to the disc below. Located at the base of this disc, and on the same alignment as the apex loop, is a sub-discoidal terminal. The object measures 24.5mm long, 8.9mm wide at the terminal, 6.6mm wide at the loop, and 8.1mm deep at the centre. It has also been suggested that this item could be part of a padlock mechanism.

A copper-alloy mount of probable post-Medieval date. The head of the mount is of flat section and has an oval central area. A fan-like projection extends upwards from the top end of this central area, and there is a pointed lobe at the base. On the underside, an integral rivet projects backwards from just below halfway, tapering to a point. It is possible that there was originally a second such rivet, which is now missing. Dimensions: 20.3mm long, 8.3mm wide, 3.9mm thick (1.6mm excluding rivet).

A copper-alloy jews harp of post-Medieval date. The head consists of a sub-oval loop which is of lozenge-shaped cross section. At its base, the loop extends into two tapering, parallel, arms with rounded terminals. The central tongue is missing.The artefact measures 51.7mm long, 14.9mm wide at the arms, and 5.9mm thick. Gordon Bailey suggests an 18th century date for jews harps of this form (Bailey 1995: 76-77).
