An incomplete copper alloy Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval cast Crotal Bell, also known as a "Rumbler" bell. The bell comprises two hemispherical domes with a raised circumferential join. The upper hemisphere has two circular sound holes with a rectangular loop projecting from the top between them. The upper edges of this loop are bevelled while the hole is sub-rectangular.The curve of the bell continues under the loop aperture suggesting it was made using a detachable 'sprue-piece'; this method was introduced in the 17th century. A copper alloy Post Medieval Trade Token Farthing of John Midelborah dating to 1658 at Lincoln. The shield of arms on the reverse is most likely those of John himself and based upon the Arms of the Fishmongers Guild but suitably differenced, according to the Law of Arms, i.e.without the two fishes in saltire on either side of the three central fishes haurient (swimming) and colours of the field(s) were also probably different. Also in the Fishmongers Guild, all the fish are crowned. Williamson (Lincolnshire) no. 158.

A Post-Medieval copper alloy decorated button or 18th century date. The decoration is in the shape of four oval petals each with a wide border which contains traces of black or (possibly) blue enamel and gilding which is still very evident.The spaces between the petal edges, on the outer circumference of the button, are "V" shaped. It is about 1/3rd of a mm in thickness.
