A silver denarius of Maximinus I (AD 235-8), probably dating to AD 235 (Reece Period 11). FIDES MILITVM reverse type depicts Fides standing left, holding two standards. Mint of Rome. RIC IV, p. 140, no. 7A; BMC VI, p. 222, cf. no. 1. This does appear to have an early portrait, dating it to the AD 235 issue.
