A Post Medieval copper-alloy object, probably a fragment from a pair of scissors. The object has a baluster 'stem' from which emerges a U-shaped frame with narrow flat-sided arms, possibly with incomplete terminals. At the opposite end is a wide rebated terminal with one rivet and the remains of an iron attachment. It may be that the U-shaped frame is a broken and distorted loop from the scissor handle.
