An early medieval copper alloy ansate brooch which is D-shaped in section and has a prominent arched bow. The brooch has three equally-spaced transverse ribs. On the back is a double lug for a missing iron pin.

The upper part of a Roman bow brooch of Dolphin type, cAD43-65. The brooch has an intact spring, a prominent ridged spine, and a moulding on each side wing. The brooch is dull green/brown in colour.

A fragment of a cast copper alloy small long brooch comprising a square head-plate and a fragment of the arched bow. There are grooves bordering the side edges of the plate. The pin is iron.

A fragment of a flat medieval annular copper-alloy brooch which is broken across the narrow pin constriction. The brooch has an inscription which begins with a cross pattee and incorporates a Lombardic letter 'M'. The spaces between the letters are infilled with zig zags. The legend reads + AVE MA[RIA GRACIA PLENA] // [...]V DEORVM. The brooch measures 76mm in diameter.

A slightly domed copper-alloy brooch of uncertain period. The brooch has a central four point 'star' with two concentric circles, an outer annular frame of pellets, three rounded projections (one of which is missing), each with circles. The brooch has a loop on its upper edge, a hinge and catchplate on the back, an iron-rich patina and no clear evidence of enamel.
