A fragment of a medieval silver coin, probably belonging to the Low Countries. The coin is in very poor condition with little detail of the design or inscription surviving. The obverse shows a lion rampant within a shield, the reverse a cross fleurdelise similar to some coins of Louis II de Male of Flanders (1330-84).
