A corroded Roman copper alloy As of Claudius I dating to c.41 to 54 AD. Minerva reverse (Reese Issue period 2; cf. RIC I 100). It has a cracked circumference and measures 24.3mm (diameter) x 2.3mm (thickness) and weighs 5.09g. Robert Kenyon, following on from the work by the French scholars P-A. Besombes and M.
