A copper alloy curved object of uncertain date or function, but possibly a mount dating to the Iron Age (c.300 BC-AD 100). The object is circular in plan and D-shaped in cross-section. There is a small gap at the back of the object where the two arms of the hoop do not meet. Due to corrosion damage it is unclear whether this break in the hoop is intentional or accidental. A cast copper alloy mount, dating to the early Roman period, in the form of the head, neck, and forequarters of a running boar. The mount is hollow-cast and depicts a boar semi-naturalistically. The boar has a large head, oval in cross-section and tapering to a flat oval snout. One nostril is visible in the form of a pellet on the snout, the second is missing due to the loss of patina. A copper alloy mount of Roman to Medieval date. The object is anthropomorphic in the form of a standing figure with arms outstretched. The head is rounded with a transverse groove suggesting the hair line and a raised oval nose. The rest of the facial features are too worn to distinguish. At the neck of the figure are two transverse grooves, possibly suggesting a neck-ring or collar. One arm is longer than the other flaring outwards forming a sub-triangular 'palm'. An incomplete copper alloy terminal in the form of a bird, probably an eagle, dating to the Roman period. The terminal has a solid neck while the neck is hollow and open at the back forming a C-shaped cross-section. The head of the bird is curved terminating with a closed pointed beak. A silver Roman mount. Treasure case: 2016 T35 Silver horse-harness pendant, originally probably teardrop-shaped by now broken through the middle so missing its terminal. The pendant is composed of sheet silver that narrows to a strip of metal to form the hoop, folded over the back and riveted. Although the circular rivet survives, the hoop itself is broken through and missing. The surviving pendant is decorated with lines of punched dots that radiate out from the rivet and a central straight line. In addition there are triangles of punched dots on each shoulder.
