A cast copper alloy religious or pilgrim's badge depicting St Roch and dating to the Medieval period. In the centre of the object is the figure of St Roch wearing a pilgrim's hat, with a bag and a staff to his right. He is exposing a plague sore at his groin. On the right is a small dog rearing up his staff and on the left is a kneeling supplicant. The rear of the object is flat and undecorated with a broken projection in the centre of which would have formed an attachment loop. St Roch was associated with pilgrimage and the plague. Glass bead dating from the Iron Age to the Roman period. The object is circular in plan and D-shaped in cross-section. The object is of uneven thickness. The bead has a large sub-circular perforation. Where the bead is thickest the internal side is straight, while it is curved around the rest of the perforation. The glass is a frosted light green in colour and contains air bubbles. The bead is 7.38mm at its thickest part and 5.20mm at its thinnest part. These types of beads occur throughout Britain over a long period of time.

A copper alloy fragment of cast Bronze Age axe. Only the crescentic shaped blade remains with the remainder of the axe having broken away in ancient times. The blade measures 55mm in width and is 22mm in length. At the cutting edge the blade is 1.5mm thick, the object thickens towards the break which measures 13mm thick. To the rear of the complete blade edge is a slight depression. Within the break the object is concave with a dept of c.4mm. Cast copper alloy Roman proto crossbow brooch. It has a plain crossbar. The coils of the spring survive inside the head however the pin is missing. The bow arches outwards creating a P-shaped profile. A pannel decorated with dots and circles runs the length of the bow. At the base of the bow is a cross moulding. The foot also has a pannel of decoration running down it, however the detail of the decoration is unclear. The catchplate is complete.

A complete 'posy' (or poem) finger ring of post-medieval date. The ring is circular in plan with a D-shaped cross section and is formed from a strip of copper alloy with the seam being clearly visible. On the inside hoop is an inscription in a cursive script reading 'I AM VENS'. There is no visible decoration on the outer hoop. The ring is dark brown in colour with silver visible on the inside of the hoop and along the seam. The exact material of the object is uncertain due to its condition. A cast copper alloy bucket escutcheon or mount in the form of a bovine head. The head would be mostly likely positioned along the rim and would be vertical. Protruding and integral to the upper edge of the object is a semi-circular lug with a circular perforation or rivet hole for attachment. A silver clasped hands finger ring. Treasure Case: 2019 T817. Description: A complete post medieval, silver 'fede' finger ring. The bezel depicts two hands clasped together, the details of the fingers are picked out with shallow incised lines. Flanking the hands on both sides are rectangular shaped cuffs. The cuffs are decorated with incised traverse lines, one at the top and two lines at the bottom. Cast copper Penannular brooch dating to the Roman period. It is sub-circular in plan and circular in cross-section. The terminals are collared and globular. The pin consists of a single strip of copper alloy which has been curled around the frame of the brooch. The pin was probably arched and has broken. The brooch belongs to the Fowler type A group of brooches. It dates from the 1st-4th Century AD. A similar example can be found in Richard Hattatt's 'Brooches of Antiquity', p295-297, fig 1278.

Cast copper alloy disc brooch dating to the Roman period. The object is oval in plan and flat. The brooch is decorated with two raised bands between which is blue enamel. Within the internal band are the remains of brownish orange enamel. The outer band provides an external border for the object. The reverse of the object is undecorated. A single pierced lug and catchplate remain on the reverse. The spring and pin are missing. The catchplate is almost complete with only a small fragment of the lower part missing. The object has a mid green patina and can be dated to the second century AD.

Cast copper alloy headstud brooch dating to the Roman period, (43-410AD). The object is a hinged example and has short semi tubular wings. The headstud is a horizontal oval and the wings are decorated with two stepped ridges. The bow expands downwards from the head and is undecorated. The reverse of the brooch is hollow and a small fragment of the pin remains attached. The brooch terminates in a break. It has a light green patina and is in good condition. The object can be dated from 75-200AD.
