Fragment of Cistercian type ware dating to the late 15th or early 16th century. It is sub-rectangular in plan and slightly curved in profile. A rectangular sectioned handle projects from the side of the vessel. The rim is defined by a projecting rim just above the handle. Fragment of a ceramic vessel dating from the late Medieval to the Post-Medieval period. The fragment is sub-rectangular in plan and rectangular in cross-section. It is curved in profile and has a wide, even rim. The object is unglazed and its internal surface is a reddish brown. The external surface is mid-brown and the internal fabric is mid-brown with small inclusions. The vessel would have formed part of a jar with a narrow neck and shoulder, however the form is unusual. The object can be dated to the 15th/16th century.

The internal surface of the object is reddish brown in colour while the outer surface is a lighter brown. The internal fabric is brown with small inclusions. It has been well fired. The fragment can be dated to the 16th/17th century.

Fragment of a greyware vessel probably dating to the Roman period. The fragment is part of the side and base of a large vessel. The object has a dark grey fabric both internally and externally. The fragment is very hard and has been over fired. Greyware was one of the most common types of Roman pottery and was made throughout Britain. Greware was most common in the 1st and 2nd centuries AD but in some places continued in use until the 4th century.

Small fragment of pottery. It is sub-square in plan and rectangular in section. The shape indicates that it was part of a vessel and the narrow form suggests a chafing dish. There are occasional small inclusions in the fabric. There is a small hole on one side, which has been broken. The internal fabric is pitted and mid-orange in colour. The outer fabric has a bright orange patina. It has been highly fired indicating a Post-Medieval date.
