Cast copper alloy figurine possibly of a lion. The object has 'mane-like' hair surrounding its head. Its back dips in the centre and the lower back rises up. The front legs are one with an incised line down the middle, as are the back legs. It has a dark green patina.

Copper alloy Roman brooch of a Wirral variant type, dating to the 2nd century AD.
The brooch is incomplete, being broken halfway down the lower bow and with the pin and spring missing.
The bow arches out from the head and it is curved in profile. A vertical rib runs down the centre of the bow and is decorated with four rectangles of white enamel, there are spaces in between each which would have been filled with another colour of enamel. Copper alloy Roman Polden Hill brooch dating to 75-175 AD. The object gently curves in profile. The bow rises from the top of the wings sweeping in an arc towards the foot. The width of the object narrows towards the foot. The wings are short and regular with end-caps. The bow is decorated by three raised lines which run the length of the bow. To the left and right of these lines is leaf like decoration which covers the length of the bow. On the reverse the wings are socketed where the spring once sat. The catchplate and pin are missing.

Enamelled trumpet brooch of Cool Group 1, dating to the early Roman period 75-175 AD. It is curved in profile. The bow is arched terminating in a foot knob. Just below the arch of the bow is a acanthus button. There is one cross-moulding above and one below the acanthus. The top of the bow is decorated with red enamel. On each side of the head is a circle of yellow enamel surrounded by black enamel which then curves down towards the cross-moulding. Cast copper alloy dolphin brooch dating to the Roman period, (43-410AD). The object curves gently in profile. The bow rises from the top of the wings and tapers towards the break where it terminates. The object has short tubular wings. Each wing terminates with a raised rounded cap. The objet is a hinged example; however the hinge, pin and catchplate are missing. It has a dark green patina and is in good condition. The brooch can be dated to 55-100AD.

Cast copper alloy Trumpet derivative brooch dating to the 1st or 2nd century AD. The object consists of a fragmented trumpet head which is oval in plan and a large circular disc. The disc is circular in plan and D-shaped in cross-section. Below the disc the remains of the brooch have broken away. The disk is in filled with blue enamel which is 1.37mm thick. The bow arches out and down from the head and terminates in a break. The object has a long rectangular projection on the top of the head which is undecorated. The bow is decorated with a raised vertical panel. The object is a hinged example however the hinge and pin are missing. It has a mid-green patina and is in poor condition. The head is raised with a large oval depression where the headstud would have sat. This would possibly have been infilled with enamel.
