A probable Roman copper alloy penanular finger ring in the form of a snake and dating from about AD 100-400. The hoop is sub-circular in plan and is probably smaller than originally intended having been coiled. The terminal expands to form the head of the snake, but does not appear to be complete. The other terminal is of similar form and possibly represent another head however could also be the tail. The object has been squashed inwards and is incomplete. It has a dark green patina. Examples of similar finger rings which can be found on the database are KENT-95BA94 and SWYOR-13E3D6.

A cast copper alloy spearhead of Early Bronze Age date - specifically from within the Arreton metalworking assemblage - 1700 - c.1500 BC - Needham Period 4. The object measures 87mm in length, 32mm in max. width, 9mm in max. thickness and weighs 52.9g. The spearhead has a leaf shaped blade which is almost complete. An arm fragment from a cast copper-alloy rowel spur of post-medieval date (17th/18th century AD). The arm is curved and is D-shaped in cross-section, tapering in width to one end. Each end of the arm terminates with a break which occurred during antiquity. The external surface is decorated with deeply punched floral and vegetal motifs. This artefact is red-brown in colour with a green patina where survives internally. A cast copper alloy handle from a late Post Medieval candle holder, chamber stick, or saucer candle stick, probably dating from the 18th or 19th century. The object comprises a loop with a flat sub-rectangular plate integral at the top and a short pointed projection at the bottom. The loop is sub-rectangular in cross-section. With the forefinger through the loop, and the thumb resting on the plate, the projection comfortably rests against the second finger. In the centre of the object is a large sub-circular perforation which measures 8.03mm in diameter. A complete late Neolithic (2500-2100) 'British Oblique' flint arrowhead, with the 'tail' extended to form a long tang. The flint is light brownish grey in colour with white to one side of the dorsal (upper) face. The dorsal face has been extensively worked. The ventral (lower) face is smooth with visible ripples. Retouching is visible along all the edges. The tip of the arrowhead is complete. The top of the 'tail' or tang measures 16.60 x 7.28mm.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy finger ring dating to the Roman period, (43-410AD). Only the bezel and parts of the shoulders survive intact, the remainder of the ring now missing due to old breaks. The shoulders are D-shaped in section and expand towards the bezel. The bezel itself is oval shaped and expands to the edges of the band. The bezel is very worn and corroded. There is no visible decoration. The finger ring measures 19.51mm in length, 22.84mm in width, 6.41mm thick and weighs 8.9g.

An almost complete unpolished flaked axe of Neolithic date and of Scandinavian type. The object has a convex cutting edge and straight parallel sides which taper to a squared off butt end. The cutting edge measures 64mm in width and is 3mm thick. A large oval flake has been removed from one face just above the cutting edge in recent times and is likely due to plough damage. Enamelled trumpet brooch of Cool Group 1, dating to the early Roman period 75-175 AD. It is curved in profile. The bow is arched terminating in a foot knob.
