A copper alloy object of uncertain date and function. The object is U-shaped in plan with zoomorphic duck or bird terminals. Extending down from the centre of the object is a circular-sectioned shaft, measuring 3mm thick, which appears to be hollow and is soil filled. The birds are each identical with open mouths and rounded beaks and circular annulet eyes. At the top of each head is an undulating raised ridge. A Large copper alloy finger ring probably dating to the medieval period, (AD1200-1500). The object is formed from a simple circular hoop. The outer face of the hoop is decorated with a single incised flower and two groups of incised linear decoration. The internal surface of the hoop is undecorated. The object has a smooth dark green patina and is in good condition. The object consists of two halves of a salt pan of flattened lead alloy each of which are rectangular in plan with a folded rectangular rim along two edges. The remaining two edges on each half appear to have been cut in what appears to be a deliberate way. A copper alloy pin of Roman to medieval date. The object has a hexagonal perforated loop with integral pin. It tapers to a point which has broken during antiquity. Beneath the loop is a small projection. The pin has a mid-green patina. Dimensions: Internal diameter of loop 1.5mm, 13mm in length, 4mm in width, 1mm thick, 0.4g The pin would probably have been attached to a brooch however use on a buckle is also possible.

A lead alloy decorative mount in the form of a flower of post-medieval date. The centre of the flower is flat and is decorated with cross hatching. The petals are formed with moulded ridges with projecting rounded ends. To the rear of the object is a flattened integral lead hook for attachment. There is a punched hole next to centre of flower. An incomplete copper alloy harness fitting of Iron Age to Roman date. The object is a strap-mounted terret ring. The terret consists of an oval hoop which is circular in cross-section. At the base of the object, projecting from one face is a 'skirt' which is incomplete. The 'skirt' is concave at the rear with a convex outer face which tapers in width before terminating with a break. The object has a mid-green patina and is pitted. A light blue glass bead of Iron Age to post-medieval date. The bead is spherical in shape with a circular hole through the centre and is made from an opaque light blue glass. One side of the object is missing and it has been stretched out. An even patina suggests that this damage took place during antiquity. A stone mortar of probable late medieval to post medieval date (c. AD1400- 1700). The mortar has been carved from a single block of stone and is sub-oval in plan and U-shaped in profile. Projecting from the rim are three semi-circular lugs for stability and decoration. A triangular void has been chiselled out of the top of each lug and a modern blue triangular inlay has been inserted.
