Polished stone axe. It is regular in shape. The butt end appears to have been deliberately flattened and both faces of the blade show signs of re-grinding. The stone is mottled but an overall dusky yellow green colour. It is a typical Group I axe of probable Cornish origin.

Copper alloy Roman dolphin brooch. Sprung bow brooch with a seven coil spring. The catchplate and the pin are missing. The spring is set inside a cylindrical wing case. The top of the bow is humped with the remains of a hook which would have held the spring in place. The bow gets narrower towards the foot. The foot is bent slightly to one side and damaged.

Tin plated lead stylus. It tapers towards one end where the tip, which is much thinner and has a slightly squared off end, has been folded over. The other end of the stylus has been broken but is smooth due to ware. There is cross hatching decoration on each side begining half way down the object and terminating at the break.

A cast copper alloy fragment of a handle probably from a late med or 16th century posnet. It is rectangular in plan and semi-oval in section. The upper surface is decorated with ring and dot decoration. There are five ring-and-dots. Two of the dots have an open preforated center while the other three are solid dots, two of which are slightly damaged. The remains of guilding can be seen on each surface of the object.

A post medieval copper alloy seal. The object is made in one plane from two elements. The frame is curved with foliate scrolls framing a pierced loop for suspension. On one face of the seal is a helmeted bust facing right. The reverse shows the image of a stag within a foliate frame. Above the oval seal is an image of a male holding a rose while the reverse depicts a lady with one arm raised and the other on her hip. The seal still turns in it's frame. It has a dark green patina and is in very good condition.
