Cast lead alloy object of uncertain date and function. The object is irregular in plan and curved in profile. On the outer face is a dense pattern of moulded pointed ovals where the patina remains. The rear of the object is undecorated. There is a small projection at one side of the rear of the object, possibly a lead rivet however it may just be a casting flaw. The object is possibly part of a hollow cast lead alloy figurine or toy however its exact function is unknown. It probably dates from the Medieval to the Post-Medieval period.
