A copper alloy object of uncertain date and function. The object is U-shaped in plan with zoomorphic duck or bird terminals. Extending down from the centre of the object is a circular-sectioned shaft, measuring 3mm thick, which appears to be hollow and is soil filled. The birds are each identical with open mouths and rounded beaks and circular annulet eyes. At the top of each head is an undulating raised ridge. Cast bronze object of uncertain and date. It is sub-oval in plan and rectangular in cross-section. The object is decorated with a series of incised lines. The lines run down each edge at a diagonal angle creating almost a herringbone effect. However they do not meet in the middle. These lines stop mid way down the object where there are four horizontal lines. Below this is a circular, sun-burst like decoration. The other side is undecorated. It has a dark green patina.
