A copper alloy decorative strap fitting of early post-medieval date. The strap fitting is shaped broadly like a fly with folded wings and a simple incomplete rounded terminal knop for the head. At the opposite end is a larger rounded terminal knop. The wings are defined with decorative grooves. Although similar artefacts are known to have represented flies the intention may have been to depict something else. A copper alloy acorn mount dating to the post-medieval period, (1500-1700). The object which is in the form of an acorn, is convex at the front and concave at the rear. The cupola is decorated with cross-hatching and a small rounded projection representing the stalk projects from the base. On the rear of the object are the remains of a single central integral spike for attachment. Traces of gilding can be seen on the front of the mount. The object has a mid-green patina. An incomplete gilt copper alloy belt mount or bar. Only the lobed terminal of the object remains which is possibly in the form of a stylised fleur-de-lis. Terminal has a rounded projecting lobe and is pierced with a circular rivet hole for attachment. Below the hole is a transverse moulded ridge. The remains of gilding can be seen on the outer face of the object. The rear of the object is undecorated and is slightly concave. A cast copper alloy mount, dating to the early Roman period, in the form of the head, neck, and forequarters of a running boar. The mount is hollow-cast and depicts a boar semi-naturalistically. The boar has a large head, oval in cross-section and tapering to a flat oval snout. One nostril is visible in the form of a pellet on the snout, the second is missing due to the loss of patina.
