A fragment of a cast copper alloy probable finger ring of Roman date. The object is incomplete with each end terminating in an ancient break. The narrow end of the 'hoop' measures 3.28mm in width and 1.68mm thick. The object widens and expands to the opposite end, or shoulder, where it measures 7.73mm in width and is 5.01mm thick. It is D-shaped in cross-section. The object is undecorated with a mid to dark green patina which is corroded in places.

A cast copper alloy finger ring of Roman date. The object has an oval bezel within which sits an oval intaglio positioned centrally. The shoulders of the ring are triangular in shape, and are decorated with eight ridges which taper to a point. The hoop is missing below the shoulders with each shoulder terminating with a break. Treasure case: 2014 T675. A gold Medieval finger-ring consisting of a simple undecorated hoop, a faceted bezel and small shoulders. The object has a hexagonal bezel, integral to the hoop, containing a light blue stone, probably a sapphire. The bezel is faceted, with some bevelling on the lower surface around a flat base. The bezel measures 8.50mm in width and 10.11mm in length. The hoop is oval and is misshaped due to damage. The hoop consists of a thin strip of gold. A probable Roman copper alloy penanular finger ring in the form of a snake and dating from about AD 100-400. The hoop is sub-circular in plan and is probably smaller than originally intended having been coiled. The terminal expands to form the head of the snake, but does not appear to be complete. The other terminal is of similar form and possibly represent another head however could also be the tail. The object has been squashed inwards and is incomplete. It has a dark green patina. Examples of similar finger rings which can be found on the database are KENT-95BA94 and SWYOR-13E3D6.

A Silver finger ring of Medieval date, 2014 T616. The finger ring has a circular band, 2.98mm wide which widens to the shoulders to a width of 6.47mm. There is a circular collet with a beveled edge at the bezel with no longer contains a setting. The width and thickness of the ring increase towards the outer edge, where it reaches a maximum of 5.46mm wide and 4.12mm thick. The ropework hoop may have been gilded and has a dark brown patina. Roman silver finger-ring of Henig Type XI, the hoop slightly crushed and edges dented. The slender hoop expands to form triangular cambered shoulders, bordered by a line of dot-punching which is also used on the flat bezel to define a square panel. Within the panel are three incised letters - ToT, the central o tiny in comparison to the flanking T's which have flamboyant serifs at their foot in the form of an inverted V.
