Probably a copper alloy dupondius of Antoninus Pius (AD 138-61), dating to AD 140-44 (Reece Period 7), [ROMAE AETERNAE, S C], Temple with ten columns. Mint of Rome. BMC p. 215, cf. no. 1345 (pl. 32, no. 8). The coin is worn, but it seems is a dupondius rather than a sestertius (see Hadrian BMC III, pl. 89, nos. 5 & 7)
