A lead alloy badge of probable medieval date. The object is lozenge shaped in form and flat. The outer face is decorated with a central double ring-and-dot (in the form of a raised pellet) motif. Four crosses decorate each angle of the badge with the base of each cross intersecting with the outer central ring. Between each cross are four more single ring-and-dot motifs. At the rear of the object are two pierced loops between which run two moulded ridges. The object has been bent in places and the top of two of the points of the lozenge are missing. A cast copper alloy object probably dating to the Post-Medieval period, (AD1500-1700). The object is triangular in plan and curved. The outer face is decorated with incised geometric decoration. The upper and lower two bands of decoration, between two horizontal grooves is a series of vertical grooves. Between these bands are seven bands of decoration within which are grooved undulating horizontal decoration. Silver plate on lead backing, a shield of arms with scrolling mantling, a single chevron with two flowerheads above and one below. Cast livery badge dating to the Medieval period. The object consists of a silver plate depicting a coat of arms which is attached to a lead backing. In the centre of the coat of arms is a shield within which is an inverted V above which are two flowers. Below the V in the centre is another flower. The shield is garnished. A similar example of the object can be found in Salisbury Museum Medieval Catalogue Part 2, p86 fig 171.
