An early-medieval base silver styca of Eanred of Northumbria (c.810-41), belonging to Pirie's Phase 1a or 1b (c.810 - 835), moneyer: Eadwine (EADVINI). Northumbrian mint, probably York. Ref: Pirie 1996. The central motifs are both Pirie's motif 5, a large pellet in a ring of pellets.

A silver roman denarius of Caracalla (AD 198-217), probably dating to the period c.207 (Reece period 10). PONTIF TR P [X?] COS II, Mars with cloak flying advancing right holding spear and trophy. Mint of Rome. Cf. RIC IV.1, p. 226, no. 88 for the reverse type, although the legend is unclear on the current example and may possibly be slightly irregular.

A silver ring of Henig type X. D-shaped profile with a wide flattened bezel which tapers gently to a D-sectioned band. The ring is set with an oval translucent orange stone (unengraved), probably a carnelian. Good condition with minimal signs of wear and a patchy dark grey patina. There is slight damage just below one shoulder where a small notch is missing from the side of the band.
