A silver medieval double patard of Charles the Bold double patard minted at Louvain dating to AD 1468-74. The obverse legend is +KAROLVS DEI GRA DVS BG BRAB Z LIMB; shield. Reverse: +SIT nOmEN DOmInI BENEDICTVm AM; cross fluery. Uncertain mint. An agreement under Edward IV in 1469 confirmed the Low Countries coinage of Duke Charles as legal tender in England. In the late 15th and early 16th century, double patards of Charles the Bold were a part of the English currency and feature regularly in hoards alongside English groats as well as being recovered as single finds.

Treasure Case: 2016 T745 A silver composite button dating to the Post-Medieval period. The object is hemispherical with a domed top which has been soldered onto a convex back-plate where there are two blow-holes. A complete and slightly misshapen silver-gilt finger-ring. Treasure case no 2016 T545. A silver ornamental ring, broad flat band with a beaded borders within circumferential ridges. The ring is inscribed with 'star GODDRED'. The band has been cut between each D in the centre of the name with a D either side of the cut. Inside the band is a maker's mark reading 'RR' (ЯR) back to back and conjoined.
