An incomplete silver tone-hole key from a woodwind instrument, possibly from an early clarinet or oboe. The object is asymmetrical in plan and terminates with a recent break. At the rear of the object is an integral rivet and an incomplete strip of copper alloy. Copper alloy corrosion remains below the rivet. A silver brooch of Post-Medieval date. Treasure Case: 2015 T149. The body is an openwork heart shape topped by an openwork crown. The heart has a knop at the point and one knop on each lobe and the crown has three points, one now missing. There is a circular hole in between the crown and heart above the point where the heart shape is pinched. At this pinch is an integral bar around which the pin has been attached and the circular hole facilitates the pin's movement. The pin is made of a single sub-rectangular rod which tapers to a point. Two halves of an incomplete silver head-dress pin or bodkin of Post-Medieval date. The bodkin has been broken in two in recent times, probably due to the plough. The object is rectangular in cross-section and tapering widthways to a blunt point which terminates with a break. An incomplete finger ring of Medieval to Post-Medieval date. Treasure case 2015 T162. Description: Two fragments from a silver finger ring probably dating to the 12th century. In its current state the ring is incomplete. The larger fragment is made up of portions of the hoop and the bezel. The bezel is integral and is slightly convex. A silver fragment possibly from a strap end or a terminal. The fragment is formed of a folded sheet of silver decorated on both sides with incised engraved lines and secured with a rivet. The cavity within is compacted with a material which may be due to the object's burial. Affixed to this folded sheet is a finial in the form of a beast's head, possibly a lion, and a collared knop. On the reverse of this fitting the knop is in the round and the beast's head section is flat, this tapers to a point along the back the engraved sheet of silver.
