A Silver finger ring of Medieval date, 2014 T616. The finger ring has a circular band, 2.98mm wide which widens to the shoulders to a width of 6.47mm. There is a circular collet with a beveled edge at the bezel with no longer contains a setting. The hoop has been bent out of shape with the shoulder on one side breaking away from the centre of the base of the collet. The shoulders are stamped with shallow and worn decoration consisting of a central inverted triangle either side of which is a worn sub-oval shape. An incomplete silver 'fede' type finger ring, probably 15th-early 16th century date. The hoop is rectangular in section with a worn and illegible inscription on the outer face with a saltire cross at the end of the inscription. The bezel area is in the form of two clasped hands.
