A silver-gilt dress-hook with a six-lobed pinked back plate. In each corner of the lobes is a knop. On top of the back plate is a sub hexagonal cushion and shaped with this are four domes, one positioned on each alternate lobe and one placed in the centre, two now damaged. Around the base of each dome is a filigree wire border. In each space left above the other alternate lobes are two knops radiating from the central dome.
