Treasure case: 2016 T528 A silver sheet and wire two piece probable hook section of a post-medieval clothing fastener. The object can be classified as Read Class B, Type 2. The object consists of a circular plate with a central pellet around which is an applied six-leafed flower. Surrounding the flower is a double band of applied twisted silver wire which forms a border. Roman silver finger-ring of Henig Type XI, the hoop slightly crushed and edges dented. The slender hoop expands to form triangular cambered shoulders, bordered by a line of dot-punching which is also used on the flat bezel to define a square panel. Within the panel are three incised letters - ToT, the central o tiny in comparison to the flanking T's which have flamboyant serifs at their foot in the form of an inverted V. A late medieval silver-gilt finger-ring of D-shaped section. The ring is broken at the point at which the hoop was soldered and joined, and distorted, but otherwise complete. It is decorated with a series of diagonal lines forming triangular spaces, which are filled in with rows of small circular stamped decoration. The gilding survives mainly within the impressed diagonal lines and on the inside of the hoop. The ring dates from the 15th century.

I.8), the design derived from the Venetian Grosso. The coin dates AD1337-55. Obverse: Christ, nimbate, standing facing, raising hands in benediction; IC XC flanking head, pellets to either side. Reverse: tsar Ivan Alexander and his son prince Michael II Asen, crowned and bearded, in royal apparel and wielding scepters while also holding a standard between them.
