A complete silver finger ring, of Modern dating (19th to 20th Centuries AD). Report by Judy Rudoe, Curator of Renaissance and Later Collections, The British Museum: White metal ring, thin hoop expanding to bezel in the form of stepped rectangle. This ring appears to be cast. It is unlikely to be more than 100 years old. The find dates to later than 1710 and as such falls outside the provisions of the Treasure Act 1996 and has been considered not Treasure. Weight: 4.5 grams Diameter: 23.71 mm
