A rectangular piece of sheet silver of unknown date and function. The object is undecorated. Nine small holes perforate the outer edge of the object possibly for attachment. The size of the perforations, 0.78mm in diameter, indicate it may have been threaded onto an item of clothing. The object does not qualify as treasure under the 1996 Treasure Act due to being undiagnostic.

Treasure case: 2015 T571 An incomplete silver seal matrix of Post-Medieval date. The seal face is hexagonal and carries a design of crown above a heart pierced by two arrows in a saltire. Either side of the heart (when viewed facing the object) are the letters HI (IH when impressed). Surrounding the design is a pellet border.
