An incomplete early medieval hooked tag with nielloed ornament. The hooked tag has a circular plate with the remains of a projecting attachment hole at one end, and a complete hook at the other. The plate has a beaded incised border and a central incised motif filled with niello. The finder details are difficult to make out due to its present condition, but the snout and eye of at least one Trewhiddle style beast is discernible. The back of the hooked tag is plain.

The three largest fragments appear to join together and come from the brooch's terminal, while the smallest fragment is from another part of the brooch. Silver hooked tag with central panel decorated with a Trewhiddle-style animal. Description: Hooked tag with a basically drop-shaped plate, with rounded projections at the upper corners, each perforated with a circular sewing hole. A silver Saint Eadmund memorial penny, c.AD 895-910. Obverse, +OARI.VS (A inverted), in centre A. Reverse, +O_IICIS; cross pattee. Memorial coinage by Danish settlers. The inscriptions are blundered, which is typical of the later coins within the St Edmund series. On both sides the final letter is an S on its side, which is not unusual in this period.

Cast silver mount dating to the Early Medeival period. The object is oval in plan. The upper surface is decorated with Trewhiddle style decoration. There are four beasts, two above and two below, within an oval border. The heads of the beasts are turned backwards and they hold their tails in their mouths. Two non-joining fragments of an unidentified cast silver artefact. The fragments are rectangular and curved in form with a wedge-shaped cross-section. Both fragments are broken at each end.
