Large lump of copper alloy waste, date unknown. It is sub-oval in plan with an uneven pitted surface. The surface contains two circular objects which appear to be copper alloy coins. These were possibly melted down along with other copper alloy objects to form the waste. It is also possible that the waste is from creating copper alloy coins and that they fused during that process to the overflow. Possible mirror of unknown date. It is circular in plan and rectangular in section. One surface has a mid-green patina. The other surface has a blackish patina and a silver reflective patina where it has been recently polished. The object has undergone SEM EDX testing at the National Conservation Centre.
