A copper alloy belt mount dating to the Medieval period, (1100-1500). It is domed with a concave rear. The object has a central oval section and has a sub-rectangular terminal at each end. Each terminal is contains a copper alloy rivet for attachment. In the centre is a circular perforation which may have held another rivet or stud. The central lobe has been decorated with four grooves. The resulting ridges are decorated with a series of small transverse grooves. The object has a dark-green patina and is in good condition. A copper alloy single looped buckle of medieval date. The object is D-shaped in plan and cross-section. The buckle frame is undecorated. The pin remains attached to the strap bar and is mobile. The pin consists of a strip of copper alloy which loops over the strap bar. It tapers in width to a point and measures 18mm in length. The object has a brownish-green patina. Dimensions: 15mm in length, 22mm in width, 1.3g. A similar example can be found in Whitehead (2003), p18, no.40.

An incomplete copper alloy double looped trapezoidal buckle of post-medieval date. The pin is missing and only one half of the frame survives.The surviving end of the buckle frame is trefoil shaped and each end of the strap bar has a lobed protrusion. The object has a mid-green patina. Dimensions: 17mm in lenght, 20mm in width, 2.0g A similar example can be found in Whitehead, (2003), p84, no.523 which has been dated to c.1620-1680.

At each end of the strap bar is a decorative knop. The buckle frame has been twisted, possibly due to damage from the plough. The object has a mid-greenish-brown patina. The outer frame is decorated with worn ridges and traces of black lacquer can be seen.
